Settings → Mobile data → select this eSIM for data and turn on Data Roaming for it. Validity begins at the first connection in Czechia.

What is an eSIM?+
An eSIM is a digital SIM card built into your phone. Instead of inserting a plastic SIM, you scan a QR code and your phone downloads a mobile data plan. Your regular SIM stays in place, so you keep your number for calls and texts.
Does my phone support eSIM?+
Most phones from 2019 onwards do: iPhone XS/XR and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and many others. The phone must also be carrier-unlocked. See our compatible phones list, or dial *#06# — if you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM.
When should I install it?+
Install the eSIM before you travel, while you have Wi-Fi — it takes about two minutes. Leave it switched off until you arrive, then turn it on and enable data roaming for that line.
When does my plan start?+
The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in your destination, not when you buy or install it. A 7-day plan bought today and first used next month still gives you 7 days. Each plan must be activated within 180 days of purchase.
How do I receive my eSIM?+
On screen, right after payment — usually within seconds. Your QR code and manual activation codes appear on your order page and stay in your account under My eSIMs. Nothing is shipped by post.
Does the eSIM include a phone number?+
No. Our eSIMs are data-only. You can still use WhatsApp, iMessage, FaceTime, Zoom and other apps over data, and your home SIM keeps receiving calls and texts if you leave it on.
Can I share data with my laptop (hotspot)?+
Yes, tethering and personal hotspot are allowed on all plans.
What if I run out of data?+
Buy another plan for the same destination at any time and install it as a second eSIM. Your phone keeps both; switch the active data line in Settings.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes, if the eSIM hasn’t been installed you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If it can’t connect in your destination and our support can’t fix it, we refund you too. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I pay and what will my statement show?+
By Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card on a secure SSL page; your bank may ask you to confirm with 3-D Secure. Prices are in US dollars with no card fees and no subscriptions. The charge appears as TRAVELESIMSTORE.COM.
